Keystone Vastgoed and Borghese sell buildings Toetsenbordweg 24 - 26 in Amsterdam to private investors

A consortium of private investors recently purchased the office buildings located at Toetsenbordweg 24 Р26 in Amsterdam from Keystone Vastgoed and Borghese. The total floor area of the two buildings is approximately 4,350 m² and there are 48 parking spaces at both buildings.

The sale price amounted to more than 6.850000,- euros.

The buildings are designed by DeDato Architects and are known for their open space, high ceilings and loft feeling. The special materials of concrete, wood and glass give the building a warm and creative industrial look. The buildings are equipped with large glass doors to the balcony and have a beautiful view over the IJ. Amsterdam North is one of the most emerging areas of Amsterdam. It is an immediately visible and recognizable strip next to the IJ River, which attracts many companies from the creative sector. Many successful companies such as HEMA, RED Bull, MTV Networks, IDTV, VNU Media and Greenpeace have chosen this location.
