A major American investor has purchased the office building, consisting of 11,921 m² and 111 parking spaces, at the Arlandaweg 100 in Amsterdam. They see this property as an addition to the already existing large portfolio in the Netherlands. The property is partly leased to GVB, they rent 6,536 m² including 50 parking spaces.
The purchase price amounted to 9.000.000,- euros.
