Appelhoven Vastgoedadviseurs is an Amsterdam-based consultancy firm specialising in commercial real estate. Our mission is to clarify the real estate-related goals of our clients while exceeding expectations.
Appelhoven is not involved in the leasing out of (office/business) premises. This allows us to achieve the best result for our client with complete objectivity as we provide advice for their (re)location. We specialise in advising on the purchase and sales of commercial real estate as well as advising so-called ‘tenants’ of real estate. We have been representing companies such as TrainMore, PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein), Suitsupply, Denham, Fetim, Scotch & Soda, The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Tony’s Chocolonely, Fysiomed, ClubSportive, Startupbootcamp and many other enterprises with respect to their housing issues for many years.
We employ our network on a daily basis to the benefit of our clients.
LLM Stijn Uijthoven joined Jones Lang LaSalle in Amsterdam after completing his law degree in Leiden. Following a number of highly satisfactory years, Stijn Uijthoven was ready for a new challenge and co-founded Appelhoven Vastgoedadviseurs together with Pim Appel in 2004.
Stijn has a lot of experience with investment transactions. He has a large network of investors and companies that he supports in the relocation of their (head) office issues, including Suitsupply, Tony’s Chocolonely, TrainMore, Patagonia, Coster Diamonds and British American Tobacco.
Stijn is known for his professional, proactive, creative and enthusiastic approach. His positive energy allows him to achieve a great deal for our clients.
Our huge network – both within and outside our own industry – our experience, our track-record, our ability to generate goodwill, our ambition to always be the best, combined with our endless enthusiasm and energy, distinguish us from a lot of other consultancy firms.
